Using a pic of a dog instead of a cat should earn an automatic suspension IMO.

how will sharif be remembered 10 years from now? overrated because he put up great stats on bad teams or underrated because he was never able to bring a team success on his own?

for me, he was perfect case of a fantastic #3, but stats, salary and draft position made people expect #1 type performance. he clearly was not an alpha #1 guy, would have been solid as a #2 on a playoff team and could have been perfect as a #3 on a championship level team, assuming his defense was good enough.

I'll even say that he won't be remembered at all. Yes, he had a nice skillset and he could score, but he wasn't much of a defensive presence and played on horrible teams. It's hard for me to find an example, but I'm sure there is somebody who we can compare Reef to from the 80s/early 90s. Some good scorer, who played on the Clippers or T-Wolves and is completely forgotten nowadays. The best one I came up with - Tony Campbell.

Alan Houston? Ricky Davis? Jalen Rose? Jim Jackson? Adam Morrison?

who doesnt love danny manning? this draft has made me angry thinking of all the great players from the 80s who had their game reduced 30% due to injuries, that if happened today wouldnt be a problem.

random tv moment, last night NBAtv had a special about the 80s dallas mavericks. they pushed the lakers to 7 games in the western finals, then tarpley got suspended and hurt. that team was so close to breaking thru.

For a 6'8 forward, Dennis Scott never really pulled down many boards. Pretty good floor spacer though

For the Champion category, can we use ABA champion?

nope. sorry. the way i wrote the rules would only apply to NBA. not fair to modify at this point. plus its a super deep category so its not like there is a lack of solid players available.

11. Champion – won at least one NBA championship
