Huh, so that's the only way Gonzalez will use another reliever than O'Flaherty, Venters or Kimbrel.

They were up 3-2 in the 9th and their closer blew a save, they are in the bottom of the ninth now.

Oh...no...I know what choking is, I meant I'm confused by what we need for home field advantage/not facing the Phillies in the first round.

If we win we don't face the Phillies. The only way we face the Phillies in the first round is if we lose, the Diamondbacks win and the Braves get the Wild Card.

If any of the following happen we don't:

Brewers win
Diamondbacks loss
Cardinals get the Wild Card

Wow, the Rays announcers basically called that homer.

7-6. Not over. Granted, they only have 4 outs left.

And just like that the Rays are in the game down 7-6.

I love the Rays.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Have to wonder what the Red Sox are thinking. They're probably in the clubhouse watching waiting out the rain.

Yankees basically asking the Rays to win it by putting Proctor in.

Two games in extra innings. Great end to the regular season.
