defense finally making some plays. we have to score again. saints will no doubt get another td before its over.

Can you imagine how effective a QB could be if, as a right hander, he could peel out of trouble to his left and fire a rocket with his left hand and hit a target with his body rather than having to throw across his body with his right hand (if he was peeling left)?

That would be ground breaking.

The reason I think of it is because I can play squash both hands and it's amazingly effective while getting me out of some real pickles at times. It totally opens up the court for me and my opponents hate it because they can't read me (I pass the racket between both hands during a game - sometimes mid point).

you are on the money. roethlisbeger was the guy cam was compared to the most, big, strong armed QBs who can also run. however, cam is an ever better athlete and maybe just as good passer. ben had the luxury of playing on a team that had one of the best defenses, so he didnt have to go out and put up 30 points every week to win. and of course ben is a rapist, so.....

i beat my 8 and 10 year old nephews playing ping pong left handed. does that count as the same thing? haha.

smith hasnt touched the ball since his TD.

brees comes alive next series and they score a TD. cam will have to have one more TD to win this game.

The only difference (apart from the athleticism and rapist part) is that Roethlisbeger pump fakes a lot more. Be cool to see Newton add that pump faking element. It really keeps the D guessing IMO.

cam wont even have time to make a last drive. saints chewing up clock perfectly. no longer can hope for cam leaging a comeback. only chance now is to stop saints from scoring. i liked the cam plan better. i swear i think i'd rather just let the saints score and then let cam try to score. i think those odds are better than our defense stopping the saints from scoring here.

Ahhhhhhhh, I see what you are saying. Saints playing a possession game and running the clock while inching closer to their end zone.

That's some impressive confidence of them. You'd think most teams would just want to score and get in front.

What is the advantage in wearing a visor? I'd think that would drive me nuts with the reflections and weirdness of not having my natural vision?

Why doesn't the Panthers just have a massive dude stand right next to Newton then? Stand 2ft to his LHS and block anyone who comes near him? Where ever Cam goes, the big dude goes with him.

I want that job. I want the job that stands next to my QB and dares guys to try and touch him without me ripping their heads off.
