Bucs vs 49'ers

Post#1 » by craig01 » Sun Oct 9, 2011 4:51 pm

Should be interesting.

Bucs 31, Niners 24

Bucs should handle this nicely.

Side note; former UCF DE Bruce Miller.....the 2-time CUSA defensive player of the year..... is now the starting FB for the Niners

49ers up 14-3 after Rogers picked off Freeman for a TD. Last season Freeman threw 6 INT all season, in barely 5 games this season, he has thrown 5 INTs.

24-3 49ers. Who would have thought Alex Smith would outplay Josh Freeman ?

Freeman has to get in rhythm.......seems like every pass is downfield and the SF DB's are just cherry picking.

Ugly half for both the offense and defense.

My prediction looks like crap.....lol

Our OC needs to be fired. Blount has 9 carries and Freeman has 23 pass attempts.

Also during the off season, I wanted the Bucs to pair a speedy RB with Blount through the draft, they failed to do so and wasted a 6th rd pick on another power back who didn't even make the team. I'd really love if they were able to pair Blount with LaMichael James during the off season. Yes I would spend a 1st or 2nd rd pick on a speedy back like James.

We'll have to see what adjustments the Bucs make in the second half.

Defensively, the Bucs still look porous in the third qtr. Gore is headed for 150 yards if the Bucs don't get a handle on him.

Bucs lose 48-3, that is tied for the worst loss in Bucs history.

Saints come in to RJS next week in 1st place of the division.

Horrible effort in every facet of the game.

Special emphasis on "effort"

Hopefully this serves as a wakeup cal...albeit a brutal one.

No time to mess around with the Saints up next.

Gotta admit though.....I still find it hard to believe the final score
