Not that I want Bargnani to have a serious injury, rather, something like a pulled hamstring that will keep him out of commission for a couple months so that Ed Davis will get a chance to play major minutes at the 4 spot and get a chance to develop. If you sat down for dessert and there was a small pie, you'd accept a small piece of the pie. But if you sat down and there was a huge pie, you'd want your fair share.
What the players should realize is if teams get contracted, there will be fewer chairs at the table with the bigger pie.
