Euroleague all time leading scorer Marcus Brown retires

Post#1 » by xprt » Wed Oct 12, 2011 10:58 pm

So I read twitter today saying Marcus Brown retired at age 37 from basketball. Played ball for Murray State University in his senior year averaging over 26pts a game on 50/40%. In 2010 was inducted in University HOF. Started pro career as 2nd rounder with Blazers in 1996 and Pistons 1999 he made his career playing in Europe. He won 21 various championships! In 2004 was selected to Euroleague first team, in 2003 and 2005 made to second. Euroleague all time leading scorer averaged 15.2 PPG. Was very fun player to watch always bombing far beyond arc 3 pointers :) Best of luck to you Marcus.
