Milwaukee signings are all approved. Childress received an offer earlier for a one year minimum deal from Golden State that he accepted. I will email to see make sure he posts, if he doesn't you are next in line. Kings gm, send your offer to me next time, I don't want the mess we had last free agency period with people trying to sign players already signed, that's why we aren't having an open signing period (it still works essentially the same, I'm just damage control) I will allow you to sign Charlie because he has gotten no offers. I won't be able to get on until later this afternoon or evening, but I will approve all trades and signings when I do.

Since JJ Hickson hasn't been signed I think its safe to assume he'll be staying with me for the QO.

First of all, let me just say that it doesn't matter what Hickson gets offered because I am going to match anyway but come on this is horsecrap. Hickson was available from day one of free agency like every other RFA and Tier 1 free agent. Its been what....2 weeks of nothing. No offers. No phone calls. Nothing. Now all of a sudden some johnny come lately finally decides to make an offer after he loses out on the gems of the vet minimum signing bonanza. There has to be some sort of statute of limitations here. For all intents and purposes our teams are basically at the point where they would be heading into training camp. Hickson would have accepted the QO long b4 this point.

I was told Hickson had accepted another offer on the same day I signed Jamison to a contract, so the deal has been in place for a while, just not posted. Possibly got lost between Warriorfan and Babyjax but there's nothing untoward going on here.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.
