Was watching this game, saw the tying TD, and then had to head over to a friend's place. Figured that I could get over in time for the start of OT. Am on the bus, riding through Madison. I check my phone and see that we're calling all these TOs. Was pretty perplexed about the one on 3rd and 8.

I see that there are 4 seconds left and figure that they're going to try for the Hail Mary. I get off the bus, start walking at a brisk pace to his place, trying to get there in time for the last play. As I walk, I keep refreshing my phone, but nothing is updating. I'm not sure WTF happened. Just as I reach his doorstep, I hear shouting from his place and from the places next to him. I keep refreshing my phone, nothing's updating. He opens the door, and I see him and a few buddies watching the replay of the final throw.

WTF. Bye bye national championship. Bye bye Heisman for Wilson. And we lose to Sparty again. ****.
