Your season is over. I just hate that my team will be losing to the runner up.

by the time that comes in my wife will want me to stop playing, after not having played at all... it's like getting a remote control truck for christmas as a kid then having to assemble it all day only to find you don't have the battery or some ish

I'm sure your wife would understand more if you had xbox live.

I'll probably wait until next week when I get my check to buy it. Let me know how it is.

Our season should have ended months ago but we have been playing with house money all the way.

That may be true but luck will run out eventually. Earlier, I picked the Cards to win because their offense was good against us and the Brewers so I thought it would carry over. As of late I haven't seen that same offense and I haven't seen anything that allows me to believe that they'll win two straight. Last night was a must win because you had your best pitcher on the mound, now you're forced to rely on scraps to pull out two wins on the biggest stage. Last game you won Pujols had a historic night, he's clearly your offense. Now they're taking your offense out of the game by walking him every at bat.

Rangers have different guys who can step up on different nights. Who do the Cards have?

Cards win Game 6 with Garcia on the mound. It really comes down to Game 7. We'll see if Lohse still gets the start.

I'm not sure about that, but I'm glad someone is. He's 1-3 with a sub 4 ERA this postseason and while he didn't allow any earned runs last game that result will be hard to duplicate a second time especially against a team like the Rangers.

He's pretty stellar at home, should be a great watch (Gm. 6) and it'll be the first game of the playoffs I'll watch in its entirety.

We'll see. But I know of certain team with a certain bullpen coach who needs to be fired immediately after the world series.

Our most consistent hitter is Berkman but Pujols is good enough to win games on his own, which happened twice in the playoffs. If he keeps getting walked, Holliday needs to get his hitting together to take advantage.

Freese has cooled off (no pun intended) too, which is disappointing.

I was banking on us getting the win with Carp starting though and its not like we did not have chances, which is the most disappointing part along with lose that game 2 in the 9th inning.

It's been a weird season for Holliday even though his numbers don't really show it.

Yahoo article wrote:Suh concluded his remarks Monday with a dismissive shot at one of the players who criticized him.

“Do I need Rodney (sic) White’s respect? No,” Suh said. “Leave it at that.”

If it's one thing I hate more than post editors, it's emote changers.

You edited your post for a meaningless emote change.
