Chargers LG Kris Dielman (concussion) acknowledged that he will miss Monday's game.
In addition to the concussion in last week's game against the Jets, Dielman also had a Gran Mal seizure on the flight home from New Jersey. He's now expected to miss at least two games. Tyronne Green will start in Dielman's place against the Chiefs.

I had childhood epilepsy so I've had a few as well. Hopefully he's alright, I'm sure his teammates were freaking out, an airplane is not an ideal place to suddenly experience a serious health problem.

It definetely isn't... I actually had one on a plane coming back from business from Virginia..... Me and two from my dept flew together and I had a full blown seizure on the plane... We were headed to our connect in atl and did an emergency landing in Charlotte.... Bad night for me... Felt bad for the folks i travelled with cause they spent the night in cha w me... That was my last one bout 3 years ago... Sorry, had tO share... Back to football.

Funny side note: when it was happening, people were like "check his bag for meds!" flight attendant pulls out a huge strip of condoms while going through my ish.

The good thing about it happening to an NFL player on a plane is that they likely had team doctors on board to assist immediately. Still scary and hope for the best for him as a person.

For anyone interested Man vs Food that was taped in Green Bay around the Saints game is airing on Wednesday (11/2) at 9 central on the Travel Channel. Adam is going to take on Gilbert Brown in some sort of eating challenge.

I actually don't mind that show, just wish he would stop throwing up gang signs after he completes a food challenge. Settle down, you didn't bust a cap in a rival's ass, you ate some food.

Comparing Aaron Rodgers in 2011 to Other Great QB Seasons in History

Quick notes: If Rodgers stays on his current pace, he would set new NFL records in yards (5,421), completion percentage (71.5) and passer rating (125.7). Rodgers would rank fourth in TDs (45), fifth in average yards per attempt (9.92).

The rest of the schedule is something to look at, too. The remaining teams and their pass defense on the Packers schedule: Chargers (3rd), Vikings (29th), Buccaneers (26th), Lions (9th), Giants (18th), Raiders (25th), Chiefs (17th), Bears (27th) and Lions (9th).

One of the more striking things about Rodgers’ start is how consistent he’s been. In every historical QB season listed here besides Tom Brady in ’07, we see a few hiccups during the first seven games. Not Rodgers. He’s been over 110.0 in passer rating in all seven games, an NFL record. Only once did he dip below 300 yards, and even in that game (at Chicago) he threw for 297. At his current pace, Rodgers would set the NFL record for passing yards per game at 339.

He finished a lot of blocks, he was covering downfield, cleaning up piles and then just played well pass blocking, run blocking. He created cutback lanes or created lanes frontside. And then he just protected Aaron Rodgers. Did a lot of good things.”

Well with the passing yards, it is a little off due to the fact that even if he does beat Marino's record, Brees or Brady are right there with him and could beat it as well.

Yep, for now. It will all come down to which one of them starts throwing sub 250 yard games (like Brady did yesterday).
