Bears release safety Harris

Post#1 » by Max-Power » Fri Oct 28, 2011 1:32 pm

any interest?

Pros: veteran depth at Safety
Will play with chip on shoulder to stick it to bears
In contract year / has something to prove
may actually want to win a championship

Cons: Play has dropped off last year or so
Is a former bear so i am vomiting a bit just thinking of this
May just mail it in if we don't offer him more then the minimum

Caveat: Don't offer him more then the minimum.

Just wait until MD Jennings gets in after another injury. That guy is going to dominance. :D

We play the Bears twice a year and I know Harris more for things I've seen retweeted on twitter than anything I've ever seen him do on the field.

So yeah, no interest at all.

All of the locker room attendant positions have been filled for the year. So no.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

He was probably the Bears most overrated player since Alex Brown. I have no idea why Bears fans thought he was any good. He was the primary reason why they lost to Detroit a couple of Monday's ago and he had a big hand in how Tampa got back in the game last Sunday.

Plus, he's the douche that said, "We don't want these bums in the playoffs" before our Week 17 game last year, so he can screw off :)

What we really need to do is not have a thread every time some player is released from any team. TT doesn't want some other team's garbage when our practice squad players are probably better :P

Howard Green was an exception but yeah it's pretty rare.

I guess I didn't know all the other crap about him. I knew he'd fallen off but I guess he sucked and went down hill from there. Can we at least keep this thread ready for when Rogers torches him for 3 td's on thanksgiving? :D
