If I had one lock pick for the week, it would KC straight up over Sandy Eggo at home.

I am going to place two 1000$ bets this week. I really like the dolphins to win this week.

A lot of those games are horrible. Without the Packers playing, I may actually get something productive done Sunday.

You never know what will happen. I had a 3 team parlay in 2009, it consisted of two College games on the 17th, which won, and the Philly/Oakland game on the 18th. I need Philly to win straight up. The best way I can describe that game is how the Ravens offense played this past Monday. Your $1k bet was pocket change. I'll never forget that Sunday. What pissed me off the most about that game is Philly only rushed the ball 14 times and McNabb threw the ball 46 times. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/boxscore;_y ... 0091018013

I wish you the best of luck if you take Miami's ML, but if you take them +10, it's not like you're doing something crazy.

Best matchup stat of the week:
Last week the Saints scored 62. In 6 games the Rams have scored 59.

Shaun Hill got 80% of the first-team reps for the Lions. I'm actually supportive that Stafford sits and Hill starts, I think it might do Stafford well to watch a more careful, more precise quarterback run that offense. Either way we all know that this game will be decided by whether or not God wants Tebow to keep winning or to overcome some adversity and shine stronger next week. Sadly I'm not completely kidding.

Andre Johnson went full out in practice today, I would be shocked if he didn't play this week.
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

Miami covers against Baltimore, Carolina beats Minnie and New England beats Pittsburgh.

Those are my 3 bets this week.

If I had 2 $1000s to throw on longshot moneylines I would do an Indy and Jacksonville combination. 9 is way too high for both.

My picks column has been sent in, should be up in a couple of hours.

The big upset I like is Cleveland getting 9.5 (or 9, depending on your book) at SF. I love the under in that game and I think the bye was very bad timing for SF. I still like the Niners defense to win the game but I love the Browns to cover.

It looks like Peyton Hillis may miss another game. His hamstring is not only an issue right now, but it's most likely going to cost him millions, so he needs to get back on the field as soon as possible, and perform to signing that big contract this off-season.

Here is an amazing expert page from Yahoo... look for the guy names Mike Silver. He has a 81-22 record so far this season at predicting who will win.

not saying count only on him... but he is usually right on, so just have a look.
