University of Kentucky - Campus Housing - College Prowler

The dorms at the University of Kentucky are horrendous. The rooms are very small and tightly packed. Haggin Hall, one of the all-male dorms on campus, was designed by a prison architect which is displayed throughout the building. For example, the rooms are solid brick and are about 10x13 feet and have to be shared by two students. The housing sucks!

Poor man's KG mainly having a worse offensive game is his ceiling.

Anthony Randolph with a better worth ethic/attitude is his floor.

EDIT: KG didn't come into the league with the offensive game he has now, so I think Davis can develop one if he has the work ethic. He is also a guy that doesn't need plays ran for him, so that will allow him to mesh with ball dominant players.

If your were to design a condo for a midget ... he's ceiling would be comparable to that.

with more experience he can be a poor mans KG based solely on his defensive prowess. He's already that polished defensively. Thats were it ends though IMHO.

Seriously. Is it that hard to shave a unibrow? Whichever team drafts him should make him shave that unibrow so his marketing potential can increase.

Garnett avged 17 a game on 50% fgs his second year in the league. And he came straight out of HS, IIRC. I'd say he had a pretty nice offensive game entering the nba.

I think Davis keeps the unibrow to troll everyone. I think he's great, I think has the ceiling of a superstar player, top 10 or top 5 in the NBA at his peak.

He's not even the best freshman this year. That will be Andre Drummond.

I think he should keep the unibrow too. Kind of intimidating in a caveman-ish way.

He plays/looks like Austin Daye. I like Daye a lot, but he's not a big man like the wiretap suggests Davis is.

no he does not. daye is quite possibly the softest player in the NBA.
AD is not afraid to mix it up and play amongst the trees. even for a guy who grew up as a guard, he shows terrific instincts on the glass and blocking shots. in fact, i think he has better shot blocking instincts than andre drummond.

He plays nothing like Austin Daye. Daye is very soft. He plays like a young Rashard Lewis.

Don't let Davis' frame fool you. He's mainly and inside player that likes to mix it up, and has big-time potential on D.

Hard to call a high school player 'tough', so until I see him play tough against stronger competition, I'll have to say Daye who competes nightly against grown men in the NBA is the tougher player right now. Davis has yet to prove he's even tough enough to compete against college competition. So you should hold off on those kind of statements. You're mistaken about Daye's toughness. Strong he is not, but tough is something different and he rarely shies away from contact. Daye's a tough player.

From what I've seen of Davis he plays a lot like Daye and has a very similar frame, albeit a little heavier, but still close. Both skiinny/long frames/ Daye is 6-11, 210lbs. Davis 6-10, 220lbs. And both play more like SG's than big men. Probably because Daye also grew up playing SG, then grew to 6-11, but his long arms allowed to him to still handle the ball like a guard. I see the same with Davis.

Daye also has great instincts blocking shots and rebounding like you say Davis has. Just my observation, but right now I'd say he would be the same type of player as Daye if he were to go to the NBA today.
