Re: The Official Major League Soccer Thread
sporting KC wins 2-0 and goes on.
Real loses the game but moves on with a 2-1 lose, 4-2 aggregate win. It would have been a win for RSL but Olave doesn't play on defense and it hurts their defensive play.

Sporting Kansas City is looking good.
I wouldn't be surprised if they win it all if they can continue to play like they are.

that save by Beltran was disgusting. The Sounders player struck that so well and guy defended the open net perfectly

Re: The Official Major League Soccer Thread
Well that ended up being a great game, I thought it was all over after Seattle's two quick subs but they came back strong.
Seattle had 26 attempts on goal while RSL only had 4. These playoffs sure have been great.

Re: The Official Major League Soccer Thread
i so badly wanted to see a third goal for seattle, and not even because i picked them as my team. to see a comeback like that capped off at home would have been amazing.
oh well. for some reason, the houston/philly series is by far the elast exciting for me.

Go NY!! Then I can go to the NY/RSL game at the Riot.
It will be interesting to see how LA's fowards fair without .... whats his name juhinno?
NY wins 1-0. I say they score around the 25 minute and go into defensive mode and hold off LA.

My prediction is also 1-0 NY, but then it'd go into overtime...where Keane will score

Re: The Official Major League Soccer Thread
yup, just about every RSL fan including myself will be rooting for the Red Bulls tonight. I guess if they do go on, RSL will host their home game on Monday night instead of Sunday night. Cant playing football on the sabbath
Either way, i´d be stoked. But i doubt will be the first team to win at Home Depot Center against LA tonight.
