Management Structure of NBA Team? How much $ do owners keep?

I had a couple questions that I would greatly appreciate being answered! Thanks in advance!

1. What are the different executive positions on an NBA team Besides the owners?

2. What are the responsibilities of a majority owner like Jerry Buss, and what are the responsibilities of minority owners?(I.e. lakers : Anschultz, and magic Johnson until recently)

3. How are the owners paid? Do they just take in all profits(if there are profits that is), based on there percentage stake in the company? And then they decide how much they want to reinvest into the team and how much they want to pocket?
