I think it's a near lock that Ted will draft a QB in the next draft somewhere between rounds 3-7. Then that drafted QB and Harrell will battle it out in camp/preseason games for the backup job. If the drafted kid shows promise though, he'll likely get preference over Harrell given the physical limitations that limit Harrell.
