Two big wins in a real for Indiana, despite playing push-over teams, it's the way they won that it's impressive. Defense has been great. Victor Oladipo has been a stud. Cody Zeller is everything they made him out to be. The bench is scoring, team is shooting well, and effort is there.
Is this team for real? Can they make a push for the tournament this year?
Oladipo named B10 player of the week, first IU player to be named since DJ White in 2008.
Zeller named B10 freshman of the week.

They'll be national championship contenders and really fun to watch next year with Yogi and Hanner coming in. Too bad Gary Harris is going to Michigan St. He's gonna be really good. Zeller looks good. Oladipo really isn't a surprise either. He played well at the Pro-Am.

I'm usually more of a casual NCAA fan, and hardcore NBA fan, but with the NBA dead and gone, I'll probably check out more of I.U. this year.

3-0 now.
Blowout victory over Evansville, in their arena, who just beat Butler. I know Evansville is not a legit opponent, even though they did beat Butler, but it's more important how IU played then who they played. Shooting was strong, probably the best shooting effort i could remember in a very long time, but the defense was stellar as it's been all season.
Are these kids for real... ?

Very impressive win tonight to go 7-0, beating North Carolina State on the road. I honestly thought Indiana was dead in the water with like 10 minutes left to play, the offense looked terrible and the team was getting destroyed inside. And that's when Zeller and Watford took over and Indiana looked like a whole different team down the stretch. Props to Jordan Hulls for those clutch shots.

IU has something like only 2 road wins in the Crean era. Both are this year (Evansville and NC State). This bodes well. Looks like they finally have a balanced team. Let's see them continue to bring in a big man every now and again to help balance out the lineup.
