European union countries support globalization process and everything, so in some EU country leagues, EU citizens are not considered as a foreigners, but Turkey is not European union country, so it should have simple and old fashion foreign player limit i guess.

Galatasaray has 7 foreigners (4 of them european) so i guess there might be a minimum of 5 turkish players required and then a limit of 3 non-european players per roster.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

It should be locals, euros (EU community players) and internationals. Rules would vary by country over there, there is usually a 2 international player limit in a game in their national league. But no limit on a game between leagues, turkey versus spain...

Spain allows 2 non euros per squad. Israeli teams need to have two Israelis on the floor at all times. In other countries you can't have more internationals then locals on a team, etc... but I think there is no limit of any sort on inter-league play in the euro zone. So everyone should be able to have at least 2 American NBA players per team, many of the EU NBA players would not count as International players, but rather EU community players, or locals depending on the league.

Rubio announced today if it's guaranteed there will be no NBA for a while, he'd like to join the Gasols and practice/play with his old Spanish team.

Ricky - don't get hurt, try to get playing time, and above all, try to convince free agent Marc Gasol that he only wants to play alongside you in MIN.
