Oh that was terrific. Great win for LFC.
You gotta love Jon Champion on Fernando Torres, "Highlights in his hair, not any on the pitch."

^^ They've also had a pretty easy run so far. They've done well so far, no doubt, but they won't be top 8 by the end of the season.
Go Villa!

Re: 2011
I expect City, United, Tottenham and Chelsea to take the Champions League spots. Arsenal will slide when Van Persie gets injured.
I'd always thought of propane as a dignified lady. But she can also be a dirty girl.

Neh, Tottenham sucks and Chelsea is gonna be relegated

I'm saying City, United, Arsenal and Liverpool for top 4, with possibly Chelsea in there instead of Liverpool. I still think Arsenal will buy a forward in January, and RvP is due for some luck on the injury front.

RVP has never played more than 28 league games in one year in the premier league, he's a world class talent but is soft.
Tottenham are the best North London team these days, I support them so of course I'll say that but even I used to admit that Arsenal were the far superior team when they were racking up trophies.
Arsenal haven't won anything for seven seasons and have turned into major chokers, I'm not bashing but to say Tottenham sucks when they are ahead of Arsenal is a bit extreme, Wenger is a brilliant gaffer but in many ways it seems the game is passing him by, his football is a thing of beauty but is more style over substance, he can't get a defensive system to work, his teams are tactically weak at set-pieces & his transfers seem to be getting worse.
Tottenham are on the up & Arsenal may be on the way down which sucks because I want both teams to be contenders.

Arsenal haven't won anything for 6 seasons, it's been 50+ years since Tottenham won the league.
It's way too early to say they're the best team in North London, they barely beat a depleted Arsenal side even with cheating and the refs help, and they're not even far above Arsenal in the table even with the crap start. I was just kidding when I said they suck, but I don't think they'll finish top four. Tottenham aren't on the up either, they're at their peak right now. Arsenal had a rough start, lost some key players, had some injuries, brought in new faces late, but they're not on the way down at all. They're a young side, and I'm willing to bet they'll strengthen in the winter/summer.
I'll agree with Jack Wilshere and bet on the Arsenal finishing ahead of Spurs in the table.

Tottenham is way better Arsenal as of now. They are playing better, they have a better squad, their coach seems a bit better than Wenger. I am sorry but when you transfer the teenagers to your team and let them play don't make you a great coach at all. Except Pires, Vieira, Petit, Henry squad, I am 26 years old and I have never ever seen Arsenal has a great defense system(not talking about individual players). If you have a bad defensive system and try to build your team on kids' shoulders, it won't work.
I do believe that top four would be Manu, City, Chelsea and Tottenham.
