Nene is not a better rebounder than Dalembert. In fact, Nene is a rather poor rebounder for a center, while Dalembert is a very good rebounder.
Total Rebound Percentage (TRB%) is usually a good indicator of how good a rebounder you are, it measures what percentage of rebounds available you get. 16-17 is good for a center (That's usually where Zo was around), 14 and lower is mediocre, 18 and up is very good.
For comparison's sake, Dwight Howard was at 22% last season. That's absolutely elite. Andrew Bogut was at 18%, still very good. Dalembert was at 19%, and over 20% the 2 seasons before that. Nene was at 14%, and has been at 14% or lower every season in his career but one. For comparisons sake, Bosh finished below 14% last year, and many of us feel he did not rebound well enough.
So yeah, not only is Nene not a better rebounder than Dalembert, he's actually a relatively poor rebounder, while Dalembert excels in that area.
