14% body fat is hardly something to cry about, especially someone who's skin and bones like you.

How accurate is that thing? When I checked my BF% last semester, it was 19.1....now somehow it just magically became 11.8?

15-18% is considered healthy for a male. 20-25% for women.

I got the +8% from your post. No way it's accurate if it gave you that big of a difference--although, you guys did just have Ramadan.
