And that's almost as riveting as MagiCobb complaining about posters complaining, especially when it's something he could fix.
In reference to Derrick Williams' new commerical:

If you notice, guys like Bynum, Cousins, Durant grew because they are the "easy-going" or "non-intense workout" type(you can even call them lazy or laid-back, if you will.) Then if you include guys like T-Mac, Lebron, you can see that there's a trend. And if Shaq had come out of high school, he would have grown also.
On the other hand, Kobe didn't grow from high school at all. Dwight, I think, is the only guy who can be "considered to have a strong work ethic in the weight room" grew. And he didn't grow as much as Bynum.
At this point, I think Williams should just focus on losing his body fat and working on his skills. Lifting so much like that is unnecessary, unless his team is already in contention, and he really needs that extra muscles.
Finally, to reiterate, the things that have shown to cause growth are: Calcium, Protein, and Sleep(I'm being this specific because I don't think a guy like Williams will grow if he doesn't follow these steps, and if he did, then IMO, there's very strong evidence that these are the keys.)
You can even include prayer in this if you want. Of course, we'll never know if that really works(but that's perfect, because once again, the key is that you must NOT know the magic trick, in order for a miracle to happen, otherwise, people would just abuse it, and it would defeat the purpose of this lifetime.)
Greatest post this year.
