Statistically I can't see it happening. Amare gets the ball a lot more. I do look forward to watching them go at it in future playoff series though.

I'm glad Bosh wants to average 10 boards a game but it's not realistic. Wade and LeBron are too good and with a legit C like Dalembert coming in I'll be surprised if he gets 9 per game.

One thing I'll always appreciate is Bosh's candidness. He's one of the few guys who will really acknowledge what he's not good at and when he needs to get better.

As long as Bosh isn't giving up rebounds, I'm not paying attention the numbers.

Good news. All he needs to do now is grow back that hair and retransform to the Predator he became known as :D

Even if he's only playing the 4, it should mean we see him finishing around the rim more often now. Dude needed to roll to the rim more last season. PEACE.

Honestly I am happy he put in work in the off season, but his problem has never been his size, it is his demeanor. When I see him playing tough I will believe it.

No he got pushed around way too much last year. Size was definitely a problem

Bosh is gonna have a Gasol-like turn around. In 08' Gasol was punked by KG. The next year he came back stronger and more prepared to play under the big lights.

His big problem was getting pushed around, and it looks like he may have addressed it by putting on this weight.

I hope Wade and LeBron have worked on some of the holes in their games.

When I first walked into the Heat's practice gym on Thursday, I was immediately surprised by how much muscle Chris Bosh has stacked on his frame. No, seriously, the guy looks pretty jacked. I mean, he's not Karl Malone or Charles Oakley or anything, but there's no question Bosh dedicated himself this offseason amid all the other responsibilities he had on his plate (getting married and being a newlywed and now he's expecting his second child, so it goes).

An aside: Bosh wouldn't say how much weight he's gained or even how much he bench presses. He did tell me that what he used to bench was "pretty heavy" and now it's "really heavy." Those Georgia Tech guys. Always so precise about their measurements.

"I say it’s probably a 50-pound difference — 60- to 70-pound difference," Bosh said. "No, I’m serious. I’m not joking."

lol

And coolstory, I'd argue Bosh's turnaround started in the playoffs. He punked Noah and Taj Gibson in that ECF series.

On his mission to eventually workout in the weight room alongside Alonzo Mourning:
“Zo? Man, I've gotta get ready for Zo. We've had many talks about it last season. He planted the seed. He was like, 'You've got to get in there.' And I was like, 'Yeah, you're right.' He was one of the main motivators for me getting in there. He told me (he) was once thin, too. And I was like, 'Yeah, right. Sure.' But I've just gotta stay in there. That's a big part of being a big man.”

So its great that Bosh is stronger, haslem health(will start at PF) and lebron has work on his post game but until they make lebron the PG on the team we will have problems on the playoffs. We will dominate on defense even more IMHO with the experience and hunger from last year but offensive execution on the playoffs is where we will win it all or lose it. Make lebron the PG give him the regular season to develop in the position and we will be ready when championship time comes...

Nice. Zo getting in Bosh's ear is good. Bosh taking that advice is even better. These boys are serious this season. Riley needs to make the right moves to back it up. PEACE.
