Re: Best Technical Wrestler
I think I would definitely put Bret at the top of my list as well.
Notable mentions:
Chris Benoit
Dean Malenko
Danielson (more recently)
Arn Anderson might qualify
Larry Zbisko was known as a good technical wrestler but I never saw a lot of his matches.
Curt Hennig really could put on some great matches too but I don't know if he qualifies in this category. Maybe more of just a great worker.

I'd definitely agree with Benoit, Hart, and Malenko. Daniel Bryan is certainly up there even if he's only been on the scene for a handful of years. Number one to me is by far the most accomplished amateur wrestler in the history of this industry, Kurt Angle.

Cant' even believe I forgot about Angle. Probably cause i don't watch TNA and haven't seen him in so long. He looks in rough shape physically, just looks so different from the height of his WWE days.

Brock Lesnar should also be in the equation. Definitely among big men he was one of the best

Re: Best Technical Wrestler
In my eyes Angle by far.
Bret, Benoit and Hennig were up there. At the momment nobody really touches Bryan. Swagger is good too, but hard for me to put him up on my list when he gets burried every week.

All the obvious ones were mentioned so I will say Ultimo Dragon. The guy could simply do everything in the ring.

Re: Best Technical Wrestler
Good call on Ultimo. Only saw him in his WCW days but he was amazing. Great arsenal, one of my fave characters to use in WCW/NWO video game because of how much he could do.

Re: Best Technical Wrestler
I wouldn't call Punk a great technical wrestler; he's sloppy as hell.

Re: Best Technical Wrestler
Well it's not me. He "botches", or is out of place quite frequently in his best matches. He can't seem to land that elbow drop either.
That's not to say he's not a great wrestler, but it's a huge stretch to call him the "best technical wrestler".
