I mean I'm sure he'll still be a very good player, but every offseason stories like these come out.

The one that has me more amazed is that he's down to 3.5% body fat. That's just nuts. I hope its not too light, I remember when Troy Aikman retired he said part of the reason he may have gotten so many concussions is because he played too light (around 2-4% body fat), and Wade does have migraine issues.

All I want him to work on is getting his jumper back to 08/09 level.

I don't know why but I just lol'd "ready to debut new moves and shots".

The only thing he should be trying to improve is his 3pt game, expanding his post game even more and have more confidence in his mid-range game and stop fading...

Thats 3 things.I'd actually be more content with his current post game and for him to be a 80% FT shooter,I don't know if he'll ever be a 35%+ 3pt shooter but I think refining his mid range game and having more confidence in it like 08-09 is definitely doable.

I was just busting your balls a little bit. :) I tend to think the opposite though. If Wade were to work on his long-range game and become a legitimate long range threat, it would force defenders to play up on him. This would allow him to take the shot or run by them for the easy basket. Now, defenders always play back and allow him space so that he can't get the easy layup.

Also, Wade developing a better long range shot would free up space for our sub-par (understatement?) center position to grab rebounds without having to fight through as many people when Wade drives.

What new moves can Wade possibly learn? He already does every freaking move a basketball athlete can do. Did he learn to fly?

He just needs to shot on balance, he has everything a player could wish for concerning iq, moves, speed, talent.

Work on the shooting and the stamina, i feel he lacks that abit. And no player in the NBA has 2-4% bodyfat lol. They would be on a ketosis stage and not even be able to play basketball, the calliper testing they do to measure bodyfat is not accurate!

I'm in ketosis stage and I play basketball just fine.

People don't understand that Wade is a competitor. He was one of the first athletes to utilize that state of the art Gatorade facility to find "an edge". There's a reason he's one of the best, and that reason is he's never satisfied with being "good enough"

If both LeBron and DWade were 80~85% FT shooters, we would've won the finals.

Well im sorry but i dont belevie you, if you go into a ketosis state you wouldnt even be able to think straight, let alone play ball. In ketosis state your body is fueling of the carbs you put into it, that means that you are around 3% bodyfat lol

The only major move I can foresee wade adding to his arsenal is Jordan's fallaway jumpshot. Maybe some different dribble moves aswell. I don't mean to sound like a prick, but I've learned to play ball from Wade so I've got a lot of his moves down pat. So i've noticed that his stepback fallwaway is a bit inefficient.

Just did my morning ketostix test and, yep, still in keto. I'm actually closer to 8% body fat, but my keto is diet-induced and Doctor prescribed (epilepsy prevention).

When I first switched, I had a hard time getting out of bed, but like everything your body and self adapts.
