2011-12 Heat Game Schedule Released

Post#1 » by KDS91 » Wed Dec 7, 2011 12:18 am

Thought I should make a topic for this.

http://www.nba.com/heat/schedule/index.html

We get one set of a back-to-back-to-back from Feb 12-14.

Among key games we of course have the Finals rematch against Dallas on Christmas and we take them on at home on March 29. We also get the Lakers and Thunder twice each and face off with the Bulls and Celtics 4 times each (them ratings!)

Have at it, fellas.

Haven't taken a very close look, but it seems like the schedule isn't bad at all. Good to see we only have 3 games/3 nights once.

A 5 and 6 game road trip
ATL - NJN - GSW - LAC - DEN

ORL - WAS - ATL - MIL - IND - CLE

I'd argue after the Dallas game our schedule is very favorable during the rest of December/January. We play the Spurs, Lakers, Knicks, and Bulls but all those games are going to be at the AAA. :)

This looks like a pretty good schedule for us :). Hopefully we take full advantage of it!

Yeah February looks great.

March/April are a bit tough, which is a good way to prepare for the playoff's. Never been a fan of playing good teams early in the year. It takes a while for everyone to shake off the rust.

Other than the beginning games of your schedule and the moderately more difficult end months to your schedule it isn't bad. Wow @ your February too

Partial plans go on sale in 5 minutes. I already scooped up some cheap $20-30 seats for the pacers and cavs in january. PEACE.

our schudule is terrible

we only face west teams twice for like 5 teams, and 3 of them are the best teams (OKC, Lakers, Mavs). And then the Boston and Chicago 4 times each sucks as well.

NBA tried to get the most out of all their best teams against eachother, and that leaves Miami with a more difficult schedule than most teams.

I'd rather we have a difficult schedule (by that I mean a few tough stretches but still easy games are great) just because it is a better eye opener to what we need to improve on!

true. It is what it is- the teams we are facing have the same thing lmao.

The NBA tried to get all of their A matchups in- it makes business sense. Just we will have a much tougher schudule than lets say Charlotte.

I've accurately predicted the Heat's regular season win loss record for the past ten years, so I will try to do it again this year.

66-0.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Bulls have easiest schedule in the league based on records of teams last year. Also only play the West's elite 4 times while we play them 7 times. Much easier schedule overall. Something to keep in mind.

I love myself a difficult schedule, bring me all the elite teams as often as you can. I think during last year's playoffs we've proven to be able to steal games on the road, so I'm not worried about our record. By playing a lot of elite teams in the regular season, we'll be well prepared and never lose our focus.
