According to insider at ESPN...

He will sign for the $3 million taxpayer exception if the Heat keep Mike Miller. He can get the $5 million non-taxpayer exception if the Heat waive Miller under the amnesty provision.

love the signing. LeBron last year got a bit tired chasing around people on defense. We also never had a wing that could hit the outside shot and play defense. With JJ/MM we didn't that. Battier is a smart player who will come in and play his role...GREAT Signing!
