concerning continuation and rip-throughs

sounds like they may damage dwade's game :(

It's not gonna change his game. He's still going to attack. Only question is whether or not he'll get the same amount of FTs or fhose FTs will just be reaching/blocking fouls now.

By far the worst with those plays was Kobe and Durant. Wade didn't do it anywhere near as often.

It will affect some of the calls he used to get but Wade only shot 70% from the Free Throw line last season, so I am not worried about it.

How about Dirk? IMO he would be more affected than Wade.

true, the defense will still get called for fouls
but I will miss those circus shots :(

It doesn't affect pump fakes so Kobe, Wade, and Pierce are good. Rip through guys like Durant are the ones who will be most affected. And we'll see less and 1s which might somewhat hurt Wade and Lebron, but might not.

But yeah they might as well call this the Kevin Durant rule. Dude basically abused what Tim Duncan did to such absurd lengths--I'm glad they changed that rule.

The rule changes could inadvertently change how guys are defended though.
