WOW. We are going destroy the league.

Not with Shumpert at the 1, we won't

Shumpert is better than Mike Bibby and the Heat went far with Mario and Mike Bibby as their PGs. Don't see why Shump can't do it until we sign a replacement (Baron Davis?)

1) Miami had 2 of the 3 best players in the league. We don't.

2) Baron Davis is in shape as often as Curry is...not to the full extent, but you get my point. Plus, he chucks threes.

Plus, we don't even know what position Shumpert is going to play.

For the Knicks to do the Tyson Chandler deal, they would be giving up on the hopes of signing Chris Paul as a free agent this summer.

Wait a second ... what if the Knicks got an okay from the Suns for a trade for Nash.

Something along the lines of Turiaf, Douglas, Walker, 4 mil in cash for Steve Nash

Nash
Hill
Anthony
Stoudemire
Chandler

6th man - Landry Fields

Because the Heat have Lebron James?

We still need someone to run the offense

No sh*t, Woj

That would give us a better shot at trading for CP at the deadline, no?

Not that I have a problem with rolling w/ our current squad + Chandler.

As @KBergCBS reports, Knicks preparing huge offer for Tyson Chandler. Source tells Y! there's scenario where Billups get amnesty, or traded.

KBergCBS Ken Berger
Can confirm @WojYahooNBA detail that one scenario in Chandler deal has Billups being traded. Amnesty also a possibiity.

We are at 60.6 right now. With Billups and Turiaf gone, it will be 42.1. Add another 1.5 for Iman. That gets you to 43.6 with 7 players. Add another 2.4 for 5 more spots. 46 million. The offer has to start around 12 million or so.

Maybe Iman is also gone with Turiaf? :(

Story nailed by @KBergCBS. Knicks have jumped ahead of GSW for Tyson Chandler. Source close to talks: "New York is Tyson's first choice."

If we deal Ronny for cap space and cut billups, we not only dont have cap space for paul, we dont have salary to trade. Unless we do in fact deal amare.

We'd be fools to sign a guy who is a career 8 and 8 guy to big money, fools.
