Pacers prez Larry Bird spoke last week about teams dropping players into his lap for cap space. Ronny Turiaf makes sense in that regard.

How do we get rid of Billups without at least a sure thing scrub to play PG? Barrons the best option, but what if he goes elsewhere?

TD nor Iman are starting / good enough.

No. Teams under cap get first shot. RT @DunnyMunny: reading Baron Davis will get amnesty used on him and Knicks pick him up? Possible?

If we're no longer protecting 2012 cap space then Shawne Williams comes back on a multi-year deal, so include him in our rotation and remove Harrellson/Jordan. We're going all in with vets and experienced players aside from Shumpert.

y'all need to stop with this shump BS. he's a late first round pick that excited nobody in the world before he twittered that he's been working hard. now all of a sudden he's a young rod strickland. nash at 40 will school him.

couldn't help myself :D

Why are people jacking off to Baron Davis at PG? Have any of you ever seen this man play? The guy doesn't play like a PG at all. Jesus, man.

Because it involved Bynum I'm sure, not Pau who is a bad contract.

That's not true. Baron is one of the best combos of all time at scoring and running a team. He does both really well, like Tim Hardaway did.

But he's old.

It works for Indiana too.

The Pacers have $37mil in salary right now. They have to spend at least $50mil

There's really nobody worth spending that on who will actually go to Indiana. So taking on a 1 year guy like Turiaf who is productive makes perfect sense.

No, he chucks and plays no defense.

Wait, sounds like D'Antoni's type of player.
