We wouldnt have had the cap room if we didn't pick up his option. It would have been a $3mill cap hit.

Our only move was to pick up his option.

As far as the amnesty, it would only be for Amare or Melo. If they break down we're screwed anyway. Hurts a little, but not the worst thing in the world.

Just read that salaries dont match in Paul deal....NOH are just giving up Paul 16 milliion and taking back more than 30 million with Martin, Odom, Scola, and Dragic! It doesnt match up!

Billups had a partial guarantee of 4 million on his contract. We need to move out 18 million to get far enough under the cap to sign chandler.

You dont pick up his option, this deal does not go down. Unless you trade most of the youngsters for cap space.
