He said over the past 6 years, especially the last 4, the Magic have fielded a championship ready roster. They are only behind the Lakers and Celtics in terms of total wins over that time period. Tiger woods lives here and makes a ton of endorsement money (at least used to before). We can offer more money. Dwight can be forever associated with this city like Brett Favre, Tim Duncan, etc.

Right now he is making great points about Orlando as a great sports town, and how Dwight can still make major endorsement money (and most money) in Orlando like he can in big markets. Says his priority is building a team around Howard. He said the Big Baby trade isn't done ... yet.
