I don't know how much you can really blame the management. These guys want to play in big cities. Dwight wants LA or New York. Shaq wanted the same. Thats the way it is. Shaq had a great team around him and still left. He found excuses even with that team.

you should have told him:

1 first of all no...Otis is not keeping his job

2 WHY THE HELL WOULD WE TAKE ON EMEKAS CONTRACT AFTER GETTING RID OF HEDO'S???? that defeats the purpose!!!

3 If the Magic make that trade, I'm literally disowning the Magic & the NBA

I have. I have been hitting his twitter pretty hard. I also sent Amick over 30 tweets requesting a source on the Otis quote about permission.

I'm wondering if his means the Big Baby move will fall through now. Without Dwight, no reason to add his contract and I dont' think the move was made 100% official by the NBA yet.
