Nene i never heard news about he being in brazil. He never apears on tv and never comes to play for national team. He married an american girl and i think he lives in US even in the offseason.

Good to be back. I pass by every once in a while over the last few months but it was so quiet here I found post I made months ago on page 2 or 3...so hey lock out it would seem kept most of us away.

I sure hope we can figure out how to add Nene too...although the cash sounds absurd. West to me seemed like the smarter target. I'm pretty sure that we'd get him for less if we D12 went to the Nets. Larry Bird got Nene to consider taking less money in order for the Pacers to get other players. Also, Nene was going to accept Denver's initial offer of $12.5 mil annually, but he felt that they disrespected him by waiting till just before the lockout to negotiate an extension.

I'm pretty sure that Nene would take a few million less just to play with D-Will and D12.

Although, with this Laker thing, I don't even want to talk about this stuff.

Personally I think we are still favourites because its a straight choice between Kobe or D Will & the whole shaq legacy thing.

I'm keeping the faith here, Billy King can make this work.

Could move Lopez for Iggy young players & Philly pick to flip to orlando or same idea with pacers & granger.

I'm sure we could turn Farmar into something as well, just depends on what Magic want.

Maybe get Houston in by giving back there pick with Farmar for Martin to clear cap to let them take Nene.

I can see Dwight choosing NJ/BK over LA but if Gasol can be flipping to a third team for younger assets... Orlando might choose LA over NJ and that's what the problem is right now.

Backwards. LA has to flip Pau for young assets that go to LA TO CONVINCE DWIGHT not Orlando.

THis thing is a lot like KG to Boston. No deal was happening until KG could see when its over he was playing with Allen and Pierce. Deals die if the guy you want to deal for cost you a fortune and that guy wont commit to you. Its a catch 22.
