In restructured 3 way deal, Houston still sending Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, and 2012 picks to Hornets, sources say.

Who even makes management decisions for Houston?

Watch it be the same trade, given the backlash stern got for cancelling the trade, maybe they hope he'll just let it through this time

I hope Bynum's included in the new deal .. That would kill all chances of Dwight going to the Lakers

Celtics, Hornets still working to finalize David West sign and trade deal, league sources say. Three year, $27M-29M deal in the works.

Espn reported that Fegan stated that Dwight had talked to the Nets by phone. Thats enough. No physical meeting needed. Thats tampering since the permission for the agent to talk to the nets did not extend to Dwight himself.

If thats true then Magic can cut off Dwight from the Nets. They would be prohibited from trading or signing him later. With NY and the Lakers probably not having the cash it would at least force Dwight to consider other team such as the clippers who have a nice pick and a few good pieces.

The primary work on deal has been between Lakers and Hornets sides, sources say. Rockets still get Gasol, still move same parts. Odom to NO.
