Has Andrei Kirilenko been tied to any team yet?
Surprised there hasn't been much talk about him around the league.

OKC has a good GM.

I don't want Bynum. I just see Grant Hill all over again. ugh.
Woj is the new Bucher. Shams is the new Woj. Espn is the new TMZ. The NBA is the new WWE.
Boo.

OKC has a good GM.
As does San Antonio, and Portland has had a few quality people in and out of that F/O

No chance we take an okafor/Bynum trade. That's garbage.

Aren't we obligated to, I mean Howard and Paul are supposed to end up on the Lakers didn't you get the memo?

That trade might not be as bad as your making it talent wise but still I want nothing to do with dwight to LA nor adding more yrs and money, still it wuldnt b the worst trade maybe add sum young guys they may have??? The rookies they got?
LA doesn't have any young talent, nor do they have any good draft picks. OK Bynum & Okafor are not terrible, but Orlando is stuck paying those 2 huge contracts and most likely winning too many games to get a top 5 pick. No thank you
Actually the rookie they got in the draft are said to be pretty good, but they are guards and we have to much of that right now, plus you are right about the money n winning 2 much for a good draft pic

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part IV)
I'd rather play the season with Dwight and risk him going for nothing whilst hoping something 'happens' (eg: firing Otis, a surprising short season, etc) rather than accept Bynum or anything LA is offering. If he goes, there HAS to be a virtual LOCK lottery pick in there whilst also getting rid of Turk and hopefully Duhon, too.

Steve Kyler @stevekylerNBA 1 min
For those asking, despite the spin... Stern killed this deal, because it was a short term deal... no future value.

Stern wanted to see more youth, less cost and more draft picks included - because he can't "sell" Scola, Odom and Martin to a new owner

If NOLA gives away Chris Paul without getting young studs or future draft picks back... what is a new owner buying in New Orleans?
stevekylerNBA Steve Kyler
Stern told the Hornets go back to the table and get more value for the Hornets... and that's what they have done...

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part IV)
I don't think Howard really knows what he wants to do or where he wants to go....he's like my 12 year old son with $50 in his pocket at GameStop...I want the Lakers, no Brooklyn, no team with Dirk so he can win me a title, no I will stay with Magic and be different, etc, etc, etc. He is giving Magic execs mixed signals because he probably keeps changing his mind. He is more immature than I thought.
