Not looking Good at all

Post#1 » by Natebizzy127 » Sat Dec 10, 2011 10:52 pm

Fellow Nets fans...I may be wrong but i have a feeling that we are going to end up screwed...If the Paul trade goes through then houston and the Lakers would have enough cap space to acquire Nene and Dwight Howard...it seems as if nene is waiting for that domino effect to fall so he can go to houston...Howard then would prob be more likely to go the lakers pending a trade if orlando is willing to take back bynum...if billy king strikes out this year it would be a sad day

Lakers won't have any cap space. The contention that the Lakers are "saving 40 million dollars," is over the length of the contracts, not immediate. And if Houston signs Nene, then so be it, just means the Nets will have to look at other options, and since the Lakers probably won't be able to trade for him, Dwight really only has the Mavs and the Nets.

I still don't see Otis Smith gifting the Lakers Dwight Howard.
