Still havent seen confirmation of Telfair

Love him. Good size, pretty good sthelete and great defender. Also has a good ability to get into the lane.

Jeremy Lin >>>>> Sebastian Telfair.

That's why I'm so disappointed - at least we'd have a young guy, cheap, with bo baggage, be thrilled to play with his hero Nash and willing to learn. Trying to be positive about Bassy but, 6-7 teams decided they could live without him?

If Telfair doesn't works out, he'll be gone our Dowdell takes his spot. After his interview I'm very happy about this cheap signing.
Hill on Nash going to the Lakers: “That’s like transferring from Duke and going to Carolina.”

If we trade Nash, this is how it should be done (If Stern allows this)

Heat get:Nash,Howard,D.Orton,J.Harper
Magic get:Childress,Wade,Telfair,Mike Miller,Haslem
Suns get:Jameer Nelson,Mario Chalmers,D.Liggins

We would clear up even more space for 2012. Nash gets his ring. Magic would be happy to rebuild around Wade.

Thoughts? It would be one of the biggest trades in NBA history

^I don't think anyone other than Heat considers that...and even then it's not a given they'd part with Wade...although it is Howard and Nash

Why the hell would the Heat not take that deal. If I were Miami, I would be willing to trade D.Wade for Howard straight up. Howard is EXACTLY what Miami needs. And if you add Nash to that while only losing a few role players....Wow. The Magic would do it because they know Howard is leaving, and this is by far the best they could get for him. They would still sell tickets with Wade and would be able to build around him easier than they ever could with Howard. The Suns would obviously get much worse, but we would have enough money to buy the world next year and rebuild for a great young team in a few years. This deal benefits everyone. I know it sounds crazy just because of the superstar names involved, but it actually works

Aside from the fact that it's absurd and wouldn't never happen in fifteen billion years, why wouldn't Stern approve it? These Stern veto jokes have got to stop. They're stupid, horribly unfunny, uncreative, and reflect the basic understanding of facts regarding why the Paul deal was cut down in the first place.

Yes, he said cautiously ... like in the early minutes of a porn movie, semi-interested.
