Arenas is free to be signed, I'm sure if we offered him a VET min he'd accept it. I'd prefer Billups but can we take the chance? Just dangle a vet min in front of Arenas to make sure he doesn't get signed by tomorrow, and then if Billups comes up off waivers sign him.

I'd sign both Arenas and Billups. Back up to Wade in Arenas and starting PG in Billups. I mean it's better than Eddy House...
