OT: THABEET AMNESTIED.

Post#1 » by AmareKillsYou » Mon Dec 12, 2011 4:35 am

JUST FYI.

The NBA on ESPN @NBAonESPN 7 mins
RT @TheAkronHammer: Hasheem Thabeet went from No. 2 overall pick to amnesty waivers in 30 months. That's impressive.

Houston must have something cooking where they really need that money.

That's what happens when you shouldn't even have been picked in the first round at the rec center

I would take a chance on him, but I'm sure he'll be claimed.

I can see Ainge/Boston being all over this development IF he clears waivers. :D

Actually, for his low salary, I can see several teams taking a chance.

Question: Is there a limit on how many players a certain team can claim off of waivers? I mean, if they are well enough under the cap to get Thabeet...and then let's say go after Baron Davis as well?

Thabeet is a bum. GONYK knows I have been hollering this for a long time. He is the very definition of a bum. He has no heart. No motor. Not personality. And no skills. He has often been compared to Deke. Look deep in young Deke's eyes. Then into Thabeets.

Deke had a fire. A anger inside of him. Thabeet looks like a fairy with a cool watch. Deke helps the people of his home land. Thabeet smiles and buys cars.

That dude has nothing.

I know he's not that talented and is a Darko Milic or Shawn Bradley type waste of a lottery pick.

No talent as a basketball player. Height and length is great in college when you're playing against people who are going to end up being car salesman. Doesn't work when you're against the greatest athletes in the world, he's just a walking foul because he's not an elite athlete.

In before someone complains that we should sign Thabeet for the min over Tyson Chandler.
