RT @TheAkronHammer: Hasheem Thabeet went from No. 2 overall pick to amnesty waivers in 30 months. That's impressive
I'd pick him up if we could (don't we have to be under the cap?) for really cheap as a back-up C... you can't teach height (well both in this case lol he kind of stunk and couldn't learn... but he's still tall as sh*t)
I'd definitely pick him up.

a few days ago i asked about him... and someone tweeted Otis saying "he's in negotiation with Clark's agent to get him a good deal... Clark wants to play for Orlando again, and Otis wants him back..."
So just the usual... talks going on... hopefully it'll lead to us signing him in the next couple of days... preseason is only a week away

If Clark is signed, how many players will we have on the roster?

Great news! Hopefully something can be worked out before pre-season. I really liked his game, looking forward to see him back in a Magic uni

EDIT*
with Clark, it would be 16 exactly (nelson, duhon, liggins, pruitt, redick, j-rich, q-rich, wafer, hedo, davis, anderson, harper, howard, orton, hughes, and clark)... i expect Pruitt or maybe even Hughes to get cut
unless they somehow surprise us in preseason or in practice who knows

Since we're over the cap now, I'd think Otis is giving the mini MLE to Clark

Stan said Liggins played well and he was impressed with him. There's hope.

Re: Official Speculation & Free Agency Thread (Part V)
We need a center and a scorer.. Ellis/biedrins or Paul/okafor would be nice... I just hope we come across something that gives us a positive feeling, we deserve some good news for once

You know if there's a silver lining to all this, I think dwight might finally be able to knock the goofball persona off for a bit and get that serious, determined demeanor that is necessary to lead a team.

Play Ellis at the point and bring Meer off the bench.

J-Rich needs to kick rocks.....Too inconsistent and virtually brings nothing to the table that Redick can't emulate
