Hawks free agent guard Jamal Crawford will likely decide on either Portland, Sacramento or New York on Wednesday, source tells Y! Sports.

Lets goo!

Crawford to NY on my birthday? Not a bad mini-gift lol. If B-Diddy is bought out tomorrow, I'll be ecstatic (haven't heard anything recently about it...just hoping).

Crawford's been preaching for more playing time. Out of the Blazers and Knicks he'd get more from the Knicks.

He'd get around 25-28 MPG from the Knicks. The Blazers really like Wesley Matthews and expect their second year player who was injured his whole rookie year "Elliot Williams" to get some minutes as well. I don't think there's enough minutes to go around on that Trail Blazer team to satisfy Crawford.

The Knicks can sign Crawford and there'd still be enough minutes to go around for Fields and Shumpert because Fields could play the SG/SF spots while Shumpert could play SG/PG.

28 MPG off the bench on a possible contender in the East is pretty good for a soon to be 32 year old who can only score.

Crawford has a home out west (Seattle) -- seems rather ominous that he started showing interest in us the past few days -- when Portland was still in the game.

We'll see -- would love him for the $2.5M but have a feeling we are being used.

Hope not --------

how can he use ny to up his price when ny can only offer him 2.5 m? fail logic there

@ HowardBeckNYT

"So it appears that Jamal can choose money (Sacto); money and proximity to home (Portland); or less money but chance to win in NY."
Pretty much sums it all up.

I really want a 32 year old poor shooting, poor defending guard on my team.

Can't wait.

Jamal Crawford reached out to Isaiah Thomas for advice. True story. That would be Isaiah Thomas of the Kings and not Isiah Lord Thomas

GM is channeling his inner Kahn collecting as many players at one position (pgs/sgs) as possible -- Evans, Jimmer, Salmons, Thornton, Honeycutt, Garcia, and Thomas/

Him worrying about his minutes and preaching for more playing time is a red flag right there. More minutes to what chuck up more shots cmon now. He is 32 he should be saying I'm willing to do whatever it takes to win, instead he is on some I want more minutes stuff. Thats the last thing the team needs is someone who is worried about their minutes.

When has Jamal complained about his minutes? I don't recall him complaining about coming off the bench in ATL.
