Hope Zach Bogosian is ready for his suspension.

Bigger surprise: Minnesota leading the league in points, or Milan Michalek leading the league in goals

Really? Bouchard was going one way and quickly turn to try and go the other while Bogosian was already comitted to the hit. I think 5min was good enough.

I see a guy with his back turned, but it's a quick play and open to interpretation. I still think the NHL wants to avoid hits like this and will give him some games, but maybe Shanny sees it your way?

Easily Milan Michalek for me. That guy had 19 goals all of last year now he has 19 this year and we are not even at the Christmas break. Guy has been playing out of his skull and IMHO one of the only bright spots for The Sens this year.

Great to see yet another win for The Wings against a always good Pens team. Speaking of The Pens whatever happened to timd1218? He was one of the most active members on here, hope the guy is doing well with whatever he's up to now.

The more I watch Datsyuk play the more I am liking him as a top 3 Russian player of all time the guy is just insane with the puck it's like watching a NHLer vs some Pee Wee team at times. His backhand goal last night was sick and that pass to Franzen was pretty good as well. Easily one of the best talents in the league today IMHO should be a C at the ASG this year or at least in the skill comp

I see it Old's way, too. I think the penalty and the uproar is more of a reaction to blood pouring out of Bouchard's face.

I think he definitely turned his back. It looked like a dirty hit, but I don't think Bogosian is entirely at fault there.

Also a portion that made it not dirty: Bogosian was stationary and it was a shove, he didnt run at him.

One of the prettier plays of the year between Cal Clutterbuck and Matt Cullen.

2 players you'd never expect to make pretty plays.

But it was a very nice play.

Hell of a game, twirly. Impressed with the Wild for making two comebacks and not having Setoguchi.

Also, God is 24/7 awesome. So well done in such little time to create it.

Kane's shoot-out goal tonight was silly, Backstrom's jock strap was up in the stands

Deadspin counted 14 stick handles after he crossed the blue line.

Hurricanes lose Skinner, out indefinitely with a concussion. Rather him sit out as long as necessary to let it heal fully. Last thing they want is to rush him back and have a reoccuring problem.

They're out of playoff race so they might as well sit him for as long as it takes, no need to rush him back.
