What teams that were in the mix for CP3 are going to start trading? I'd love to get excited for a wave of signings and trades, but I don't see anything out there that was contingent on CP3 going somewhere. Outside of like 4 teams, no one had any business with CP3.

Teams could've been wanting Okafor, or Pau, or Mo Williams, and these were all rumored in the deal. So the teams had to stand pat until they saw where they landed. It may not be much contingent on it, but it could be something that happens afterward.

CP3 will take his player option. Wonder why this is not an option for Dwight?

Guys will you calm down. Twitter is causing mass hysteria. 99% of the stuff on twitter is speculation. Relax.

Here's something, and maybe I'm reaching, but............

Do you think this agreement might be why Otis shut off all Dwight talks?

It was said that most people are waiting for the CP3 dominoe to fall before making a move, many people were starting to think he wouldn't be traded until the deadline.

But Otis went from taking an offer to ownership to flat out taking Dwight out of all trade talks. Makes you wonder if he's going to try something......

I'm laughing my ass off at all those media guys that had the audacity to call out David Stern about vetoing a bad trade. Made them all look like fools. They owe him a serious apology.

With Bledsoe staying, it's possible Clippers will just cut Billups. Miami, Orlando feeding frenzy would then ensue.

When it went down, the reports were that Billups couldn't be traded for a year, so they claimed him off waivers to play him and not to block other teams.

No, definitely not....not unless they make some serious moves. You haven't factored in Caron Butler at 3 yrs $24 mil I think? As well as Jordan's matched offer of 4 yrs $45 mil I believe? Plus they have to now fill out the roster with the players they lost in the trade.

Twitter does make everything worse BUT it was Howard that has asked to be traded. The chances he changes his mind and wants to stay is at like 10%.

How many of you are still hoping GS was holding onto Ellis in case they could have traded him for CP3 and is now willing to deal with us?

Chauncey has said he has "no interest" in playing with the Magic. I'm sure he would MUCH rather play with the Heat....easily gets the starting job, along with playing with the big 3.

Yeah, even if they didn't, I really don't think Dwight would want to go play over there with Sterling.

If a little drunk dial from BVW got him upset, Sterling would drive him up the wall.

Please put up the link where he said that.
