A. Madrid won today. I was liking their chances until the Manchester clubs came over. Maybe more chances for Falcao to show his talents against world class teams.

I think I'm going to bet 100 bucks that Porto kicks out City.

Watch Arda Turan in that team. You will hear a lot about him in the future..

I've watched Atletico quite a bit this season because of Courtois, but it seemed to me that Arda and Falcao are the only decent players there. Rarely impressed by any other player.

I was talking to my friend who lives in Madrid. He told me that in the beginning people didn't think that Arda is the best transfer for this season for Atletico. But weeks passed and now Atl. Madrid fans are saying that Arda is their best player. Even though, he left us out of nowhere right before the season starts(Galatasaray fans are still mad at him), he is a very talented player. I've seen Sergio Ramos, Lahm all bunch of right backs in front of him, he killed all of them. Also, what you see in him is that he plays %100. You never see him he doesn't give what he has completely. He says, "When step on the pitch, right before the game, i put my heart in the midfield, give %100 until my team gets what we want" Very different than Anelka, right? :)

If Hiddink went to Chelsea instead of Boas, Arda Turan would be playing for Chelsea now. Hiddink transfer didn't go through and he is playing for Atletico Madrid.

I might actually watch this because of playing Ajax. Knowing Ferguson he will likely throw in Pogba, Fryers, Macheda and Tunnicliffe in the deep end.

I know about Arda. He is a really good player. I just hate Madrid's defense. I can't believe Perea is the team's captain. He is freaking horrible and I am Colombian.

Roy ****' Carroll's OLY debut results in an awesome penalty save to help preserve the win. Wow.

I still can't believe the two Manchester clubs are playing in the Europa League. It's a shame.

Pretty solid win but that injury to Valencia could be crucial now.

Funny that De Gea is the only guy on the team to have won this tournament previously.

Valencia out 4 weeks with hamstring injury. Sucks, considering how good his form has been off late.
