PG Burks?

Post#1 » by HolyToledo » Fri Dec 16, 2011 5:15 am

Corbin has alot of sets where Burks brings up the ball as a PG. I also notice that KOC even states that maybe we dont keep 3 PGs but use Burks as a 3rd PG. Man, this Burks guy is looking like a great pick. Extremely talented and hard working. Good job KOC..

Heres a link where KOC suggests maybe Burks could be our 3rd PG.

Yeah, they have been talking about him playing PG since draft night.

Sort of like B-Roy did in Portland as far as bringing the ball down the court, etc.

I like Burks, I just hope that the Jazz fans all enjoy the good times along with the bad. These guys are young and will have plenty of growing pains.

Well, we're most likely going to keep 2 backup PG's.

So I'm assuming his PG plays will be very, very limited.

Now that we have Hayward and Burks who can bring the ball up and initiate the offense I don't see why we need to keep a 3rd PG. I always wanted the Jazz to let AK run the point a bit so I'm very pro Hayward/Burks PG.

Burks seems like he's as much of a PG as Tyreke Evans.
