He is joking since BMP or someone did the same thing stating a trade for Dwight would happen in 72 hours or something like that and said they had to use someone elses pc to post it.

Well, an associate of mine had been told by one of Dwights friends late Monday that Dwight was telling people that a deal had been made. Then, the deal got canceled about 12 hours later.

Agree 10000% trade for S Jax and sign KMart for the mid level when he gets back. Bring BBD off the bench, and all you would need to do is find a tough nosed pg and I think your headed in the right direction to keep D12

Dwight Howard might switch teams this month. I used the word "might" because it might happen and it might not happen. He might stay in Orlando. He might get traded. He might be happy in Orlando. He might not be happy in Orlando. He might stick around for a few months. He might leave tomorrow. He might win multiple titles. He might not appear in the Finals ever again. He might be the one to blame for Orlando's underachieving these past two seasons. He might be a victim of an incompetent front office. He might be one of the best centers ever. He might be someone who took advantage of a really weird era. Might. Might. Might.

Nobody knows what to make of Howard these days.

I was on vacation out of town. An associate with ties to the Magic organization was at the practice facility and Dwight had told a few people that a deal to be traded was agreed upon. They texted me. So, I borrowed a PC to view Twitter and didn't see any reports. So, I immediately jumped on RealGM to post. So, if you look at the timeline from my post and Twitter posts later that day, they back up what I said.

But, you never know if Twitter and news reporters are trolling here to find good stories to gain fans nowadays. The information age. I feel used.

Heads up -- today COULD see some trades -- any trade exceptions that expired during the lockout were extended to expire today.

I think we still have till the 18th to use our 6.3 million Gortat TPE, not sure.

Orlando Trades: Dwight, Hedo, Duhon, Quentin Richardson.

Orlando receives: Brook Lopez,Jordan Farmar, Damion James,Marshon Brooks,Sundiata Gaines(N.G), Stephen Graham(N.G), Nets 1st R picks 2011,2013,2015,2017 + Houston 2011 pick, and whatever assets Morrow is traded for.

Nets receive: Howard, Hedo, Duhon, Quentin Richardson

Third team trades: assets to Orlando
Third team receives: Anthony Morrow.

Sources like this could easily be legit. All it takes is a loose-lipped ball boy or janitor to overhear a conversation and leak it to the media. As far as we know, Otis had approved that NJ trade and Dwight probably thought it was a done deal, but then when it reached ownership, they shut it down.

Graham and Gaines are non-guaranteed, Jones is a cheap SF, and Farmar could be our backup PG or we could involve a fourth team or trade him at the deadline.

Just my opinion, but having a front court of Gasol and Bynum (if he's healthy) in the East could be really, really good for us. A lot of people want to rebuild which is fine, but having that kind of length of a front-court could be truly great. Automatic advantage over the bulls, hawks, not sure on Boston, but Miami would be a little tougher.
