Kanter has only one thing on his mind:

"I get bal, I shoot"

The good thing is, he's working inside..... He's a true center......

Favors, Hayward, Burks and CJ look great.......

Kanter is going to need some time, but the skills are there......

If there's a recording of this, I'd love to see it.

So if you find one.

Post it in here.

But really, I'm okay with waiting until Monday for the first preseason game. :3

I was really impressed with Burks' passing. I really want to see him get some time at PG this year.

CJ Miles wasn't kidding about increasing his hops. He can get up.

Raja Bell looked a lot better. Looked like the Raja of old.

Hayward looked really good. He's gonna be a stat stuffer. He does everything. Really excited to see him play this year.

I'm just waiting for the Kanter hate to start. I heard plenty of it just walking out of the arena... people need to be patient with the kid. He's very skilled, he just needs more time playing and needs to not force things as much.

Hayward looked super crisp, movement, passing, and shooting were all excellent. Not to much else stood out.

I just got back. It was a lot of fun Kanter and Favors where really fighting hard in the post. I asked Boone and Locke after the game and Jefferson didn't play because of his hamstring. Boone said Milsap was not playing because of thumb injury then Lock said it was a leg issue. All I saw was Millsap iceing his knees.

CJ looked great but we all know that he can look great one night then not so much the next night so we will see. He did have a monster block above the rim on Favors but it was comming from the week side and Favors did not have the leverage to elevate.

I love that the Jazz do this I was able to take my 6 and 3 year olds and we sat just a few rows behind press row.

I finally had a chance to watch the scrimage. not sure what you guys were so impressed with..I thought the D was basically terrible like last year. CJ hits some shots ...who cares bc he was wide open. Kanter worked hard but he is short unable to get his shot off versus taller players. I think he will be ok but never a star center. Best case scenario is AL Jefferson.

The only thing that impressed me was the Jazz crowd that showed to watch it. It has to tell the players that the fans got their backs and might encourage them to work harder. Utah Fans are the best NBA fans and these players better earn the support these fans give the team each night!

I hope I see much more defensive intensity in the Portland pre-season game!
