Snake style draft

Got the 9th out of 10th pick. What's a good thing to keep in mind when drafting snake style with such a pick?

That you start with a disadvantage so if you are not one of the best GMs in your league expect average-ish results...

I think I did ok. Could probably use a little more assists and some scoring I think. What do you think?
