D. Wades best game?

Yes, simply because 0-3 was a bigger hole than 0-2 and all hope was lost and Wade was so determined on not getting swept.Wade just didn't have a good supporting cast like 06.

Not his best, but my favorite Wade performance was that Christmas day game against LAL where he dropped 40 points with 10+ assists and blocked Kobe Bryant like 4 or 5 times.

My favorite regular season game had to be his winner against Chicago in '09, when he stole the ball from Salmons and hit the 3 as time expired. Just looked at the box-score and he put up 48 points (on 71%), 12 assists, 6 boards, 4 steals, and 3 blocks.

Oh man, yeah that's a favorite of mine. That one was special because it came the year after the Finals (06), with Shaq injured and everyone trying to say Wade was overrated or not as good as Kobe.

That year on RealGM (even as a lurker) was frustrating because Lakers fans would spam EVERY SINGLE THREAD with how many free throws Wade got, just because of the Finals.

EDIT: This game is hard as hell to find on youtube, I used to always look for it and only once found someone who uploaded the whole game so I was wondering how I found Wade highlights so easy... turns out someone just uploaded this yesterday :lol:

Finals aside I would have to say his best was in the championship season against Detroit. The Heat was just spanked by Dallas and were down big in the 4th and then Wade went beserk with 15-17 straight points including the game winner. That I feel was the catalyst towards the championship that season and I think his best ever game.

Yeah it was a regular seson game, I didnt say it wasnt. It was a turning point in the season i felt

not best, but one of my favorites in the regular season was when he went off on the Spurs down the stretch and torched Bowen

I can't remember the exact year, think Shaq was still here..I remember Mark Jackson doing commentary

Not his best, but I liked the game against the Knicks where he scored 24 points after Gallo busted his lip. The way he pulled up for 3 and started talking sh** before the shot went in. Swag

Christ, I've been looking for this game for a while.
This and the comeback win against the Pistons are probably my favorite Wade games. The Lakers game is just so great for me personally because I remember watching the game with a couple of friends and two of them were die hard Lakers fans and talking trash before the game. Nothing was sweeter than shutting them up with this game.
The Pistons game was so special due to the circumstances and the fact that I just didn't like that Detroit back in the days. Speaking of the Pistons, I also loved this game:

When re-watching those clips now........

a little piece inside of me says "Damn, it wouldn't have been so bad for LeBron to go somewhere else and let Wade run the show here again with Bosh and good role players around him."

Was it the game where he blocked Tony Parker twice? I think I know which one you're talking about... right before the ASB in 2007, just before he dislocated his shoulder.

This was pretty much Wade's official coming out party. Everything up to that point, people kind of tempered their expectations... but after this game, he started getting compared to Kobe, and that #23 guy.

It was funny because everyone figured he got exposed after game 1, and he came back with this performance. Shaq wasn't 100% in this series either, which made it that much more impressive.

There's a great Bill Simmons article on this game, wish I could find it, he was a big Wade fan from this point up until the Finals in 06 where he turned on him.

Yeah I remember this. Also, in the pre-game leading up to Game 2, I remember people saying Riley spent a lot of time talking to Wade to keep his confidence up, and telling him stories about Jordan and others.

We should have won that series. That freak rib injury cost us the Finals that year.
